Great sound, helpful support

Decent headphones, some minor points

I picked up the OpenRock Link 20 earbuds for everyday use. They arrived pretty quickly, about 5 days after ordering, and the packaging was good. Sound quality is definitely good for open-ear, especially the bass, which surprised me. They are comfortable and I can wear them for hours without discomfort. My one issue was that the Bluetooth pairing was a little finicky the first time, took a couple of tries to get both earbuds connected. Once paired, they've been solid. Customer service was not needed, so can't comment there. Good value for the price, but that initial pairing could be smoother.

Just got my OpenRock S2 and I am loving them! The sound is so clear, and the bass is fantastic for open-ear. They fit perfectly and don't budge when I'm out for a run. Super easy to pair and the battery lasts ages. Definitely shopping here again!
